Hope Valley Traditional
Sometimes I find the most dramatic house transformations take place by making seemingly minor changes. This traditional home in the Hope Valley Country Club neighborhood was lovely to start, but the color scheme was lacking and the spaces needed some serious editing.
The way we live in our homes with our families is often not conducive to presenting a home for sale in the market. This is where we are able to breathe fresh life to a home to get it sold fast! Here, we lightened the interior palette, incorporated some unexpected lighting fixtures – a bold choice for a traditional space – and changed out all the door hardware to a warm, oil-rubbed bronze.
To further emphasize the pop of this new vision, we removed all the unnecessary furniture and accessories. We left the right pieces to create a polished, welcoming space and left enough room for the new owner to envision the home as their own.
