"Nata found our dream home. We first met Nata via referral over a year ago before we even lived in the area. We were coming to town from CA to check out the area as a possible relocation. There was absolutely no assurance that we would even end up here! Nata went out of her way to take us on a fullday tour (she wanted to do more if we had come for a longer visit!) of the Triangle area! "Wow! What a great experience we had purchasing our second home with Nata. We were recommended to Nata by a friend in California and couldn't be happier about the entire process. It was a tricky situation because my husband and I were in Alaska and we knew we would be moving to Durham inmid-July 2013. We had a two-day window in March that we would be in Durham for house shopping. From January through March, Nata sent us numerous listings via the internet for homes that met our criteria. We had a working list until our visit in March where, over the course of two days, Nata took us to see over 15 homes! Not only did she cart us around, but she shared local information, personal ties to the area, and really pumped us up about our impending move to Durham. (Oh, as if that weren't enough, she also had snacks!:) We found three homes that we were excited about and Nata helped us whittle them down to one that we put an offer on the next day.
